Magnesium phosphate (mag phos) is effective for relief from symptoms associated with:

Available in tablets and lactose free spray.
Dose
Adults: One tablet 4 times daily
Children: ½ tablet 4 times daily
Infants: ¼ tablet 4 times daily
Chew tablets or dissolve in water.
For sudden onset: take every half hour until symptoms improve (for max. of 2 days) or until symptoms subside. Take half an hour before meals or as professionally prescribed.
